If you want to wake up to an extraordinary view, or enjoy evenings contemplating an exceptional skyline, the SEEBLICK gîte is just waiting for you.
Clinging to the hillside, the chalet offers a 180-degree panorama of Lake Paladru, its turquoise waters and the surrounding hills. The wrap-around balcony leads out onto the terrace, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking view.
There's also a plancha area and a dining table where you can enjoy outdoor meals.
Completely renovated in a modern chalet style, the SEEBLICK gîte offers a large living area: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) opening onto a dining room and living room with TV and air conditioning.
The bedroom, with its bay window overlooking the lake, has a king-size bed, a small dressing area, a TV and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and washing machine.
The supply of tea towels and bath mats is included in the cleaning charge.
Beds are made up on arrival.
A towel and bath sheet per person will also be provided.
Replacement bed linen and towels during your stay will be charged at 13 EUR/double bed and 4 EUR/towel and bath sheet.
Don't forget to bring your beach towel so you can enjoy a swim less than 2 minutes away by car.
The accommodation is equipped with a connected lock for independent entry.

Weekly rentals only during the summer season.
Parties are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Normal use of the jacuzzi is requested: it must be switched off and covered after use. The electricity meter will be read on arrival: in the event of excessive electricity consumption, a fixed charge may be deducted from the security deposit.
Children are not allowed: there are unprotected heights that make the SEEBLICK gîte unsuitable for children under the age of 10.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Guest access
The SEEBLICK gîte is a detached chalet with an enclosed garden (gates and hedges). It offers parking for several vehicles. Access to the ground floor (the masonry part of the chalet) remains accessible to carers, to enable maintenance of the green areas. This in no way affects the privacy of the premises, as the living areas and spa terrace are located on the 1st floor.

Less than 10 minutes away: water sports (sailing, pedalos, diving), Le Pin and Paladru beaches, Lac de Paladru archaeological museum, equestrian centre, lakeside cycle path, mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, tennis, Grange Dimière and its exhibitions, Charavines market, shops and restaurants.
