Completely renovated, this maisonette retains its vintage feel while offering all the essential facilities for a pleasant stay:
- A bright living room with lounge (140cm sofa bed, armchair, TV, wifi, fan), fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a dining area around a bar for 4 people.
- A comfortable bedroom with 140 cm double bed, dressing fan and blackout curtains.
- A functional shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

Outdoors to make the most of
The cottage is accessed via a terraced garden comprising three distinct areas:
Two lawn terraces, one with a small round table for enjoying your coffee overlooking the lake.
A gravel terrace with a large table for 6, parasol and plancha for outdoor meals.

- The tenant may not object to a visit by the owner or his representative on site during the stay.

Guest access

L'HERMITAGE is a detached cottage. It offers parking for 1 vehicle. Access is private via a staircase leading to a terraced garden.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
